Thomasbickham.com accepts payment via the payment cards and methods indicated on the site and payment is deducted when the goods are dispatched or the invoice is issued.

Dispatch only takes place once payment has been approved by the card issuer. All prices are in Euro and include VAT

Thomasbickham.com delivers free of charge in Europe, with an expected delivery time of 5-7 business days after confirmed payment. Should there be any delays or errors, you will be informed immediately by email or phone.

Once you have received your order please check the condition of the package. If it has visible damage or bumps, you as a consumer have the option to sign for receipt, tentatively. In case of severe damage, you have the possibility to refuse receipt.

Thomasbickham.com have a 30 days return policy. The period expires 30 days from the date of delivery. However, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. This information must be sent to our email. You cannot cancel by simply refusing to take delivery of the goods.

If you wish to return an item to us, you must send it within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods and You will bear the risk of the goods from that time until the goods are returned to us.

The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging as delivered. The goods must not show signs of wear or dirt. This and lack of original packaging may constitute a depreciation. Returns that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense and refund will be refused. This also applies if an item has not been covered by the included protection covers. These products cannot withstand direct rain or other permanent damp exposure.

Goods lost or damaged in transit from the customer to us will not be refunded, we therefore encourage that all shipments are insured and returned with track & trace and that the goods are packed securely. Save Your Shipping Receipt.

We aknowledge local or European rules for purchases according to Eu regulations, in relation to claims, returns etc. Prior to your purchase we kindly ask you to email us and we will send you our policy for your country.

If faults or defects are due to negligent use, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear etc, your right to complain lapses.
